ProStylingTools runs two Shopify storefronts, a D2C store and a wholesale store.

Pier39.ai worked with both of their storefronts to activate new revenue right inside the post-purchase experience. The team added reward placements on the thank you page, order status page, and confirmation email. Because the site already had multiple active promotions, they asked the Pier39.ai team to switch from discount codes to gift cards. This way, customers could still stack offers without interfering with the site’s pricing strategy.
