# Pier39 AI > Pier39 AI builds Nash, an AI agent that keeps selling for ecommerce merchants across the full sales funnel, from first discovery, to checkout, to the next purchase. Nash has three modules: Nash Discover gets a merchant's products found, cited and recommended in AI answer engines. Nash Convert detects when a shopper is having second thoughts and closes the sale inside rules the merchant sets. Nash Post Purchase turns the order confirmation page into revenue and repeat sales with advertiser-funded offers. Pier39 AI is a software company headquartered in San Francisco, California. It is not affiliated with Pier 39, the San Francisco waterfront complex. Legal entity: Pier39 AI Inc. Founded December 2024. Live across 1,500+ storefronts. Contact: hello@pier39.ai Security: SOC 2 Type II compliant. Merchant data and rulesets are encrypted at rest and in transit. Data is hosted on Google Cloud in the United States. Shopper emails and phone numbers are hashed or tokenized before entering Pier39 AI systems, and shopper identifiers and purchase history are never shared with advertisers. ## Products - Nash Discover (also listed as Nash Discovery): Gets a merchant's products found, cited and recommended in LLM answers. Nash Discover helps products rank, get cited and get recommended across AI answer engines, and shows the merchant where they appear, where competitors beat them, and what to change. Coming soon; no dedicated page yet. - [Nash Convert](https://pier39.ai/nash/convert): Detects when a shopper is having second thoughts, engages them one to one, and closes the sale using the inventory, offers and rules the merchant authorizes. Nash reads 300+ hesitation signals across the site. Typical hesitation looks like adding items to the cart and then removing them, moving back and forth between product and collection pages, or stalling on the cart or checkout. Nash uses the cheapest lever that converts, in this order: answering product questions at no cost, a small gift, a bundle or upsell, an advertiser-funded offer that earns the shopper credit back at the store, free shipping against the merchant's threshold, and a capped discount as the last resort. Merchants set a maximum discount cap that Nash never exceeds, forbidden categories that never get an offer, and their own shipping thresholds, loyalty program and bundle partners. Merchants also get zero-party data from shopper objections, a hesitation heat map for the whole store, and live analytics in Slack. Results within a few months of launch: 7% cart uplift, a 60% win rate on engaged carts, and carts Nash engages run 24% higher average order value. - [Nash Post Purchase](https://pier39.ai/nash/post-purchase): Turns the thank-you page into revenue and repeat sales. The shopper completes a purchase, sees offers from 100+ brands on the order confirmation page matched to their shopping history, converts on an offer, and earns store credit to spend back at the merchant. Credit averages $20 per offer conversion, funded by the advertiser at no cost to the merchant, and the merchant earns per view. Merchants have full control over which offers appear. Published averages: 4% to 6% engagement rate, $40K to $60K in earnings per 100,000 transactions, and 55% of customers returning to shop again within 90 days. ## Case studies All case studies below cover Nash Post Purchase.
