Mars by GHC had already been showing post-purchase offers using a legacy provider, but results were weak. That’s when they tested Pier39.ai.

The Challenge

The Mars by GHC team's primary challenge was to find a partner that could deliver superior financial results. They set a clear goal for the pilot: to increase their earnings per transaction by at least 20%.

The agent also created fully branded offers and email templates to make the experience brand aligned and looking like an extension of GHC.
